The space This is a spacious family home with an inviting entrance hall, four bedrooms with four attached baths, two living rooms , a separate dining room, a guest bathroom, a front and back verandah, and a huge terrace sit out, surrounded by gardens. The home is perched on a mountain top and hence sunrise, sunset, moonrise and moonset can all be seen from the house and gardens. The gardens are large and provide separate spaces for an impromptu cricket match, meals, relaxing with a book, enjoying a bonfire, trekking through the rose garden or sipping coffee while enjoying the view. Hence many guests consider this to be a destination in itself. They enjoy the property and its environs and are reluctant to leave the space. There is ample parking. Cars can drive all the way to the parking space. After that there are twenty steps to climb to the entrance. A lift has been installed for the convenience of guests. Guest access The entire home on the ground floor and lower ground floor and gardens around the house are available for use by guests. The first floor is a private family residence. Other things to note This is a senior citizen friendly home, with a lift to reach the ground floor from the driveway.
