For guests who wish to use the swimming pool, access is available for a minimal fee of ₱150 per person per regular days. Exclusive Perk for Long-Term Guests! Staying 28 days or more? You have the option to upgrade your status from guest to tenant, which grants free access to the gym and swimming pool! This process requires signing a few documents, including a contract, tenant information sheet, and move-in permit—a simple step for added convenience and savings. To ensure everyone has a pleasant experience, here are some helpful reminders: • Smoke-Free Environment: Enjoy fresh and clean air throughout the premises, as smoking is not allowed inside the condominium. • Pet-Free Zone: For the comfort of all guests, we kindly request that pets remain at home. • Laundry Drying: To maintain the beauty of the building, please dry your laundry in the bathroom instead of the balcony. • Cooking Considerations: Feel free to cook your favorite meals, but kindly keep smoke and strong odors to a minimum. • Visitor Policy: You are welcome to invite visitors! Just note that overnight stays are not permitted, and the unit can accommodate up to four people. Kindly register your visitors at the lobby. For larger gatherings, you can entertain your guests in the lobby. • Quiet Hours: Help everyone unwind by keeping noise levels low during designated quiet hours. • Utensils, Kitchenware, cookware, appliances, decorations and other things inside the condominium unit are there for your use and experience. Feel free to use but be always be mindful not to damage or destroy to avoid reimbursement fees. Kindly submit to inventory before check-out if possible, otherwise we will sent request for reimbursement incase there are missing or damage. • Paid parking are available within the building on a first come first serve basis. Rate is 60 pesos for the 1st 2 hours and 20 pesos for the succeeding hours. There are also unit owners who rent out their parking slot at 350-450 per night.
