The space -4 bedrooms -2 full bathrooms Primary bedroom with attach bathroom has a king size bed. 2nd bedroom has a twin over a queen bunk bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed 4th bedroom has a queen bed Pool can be heated all year round with advance notice and $100.00 per day extra. Street Sweeping is on Monday mornings please to avoid a ticket don’t park on the street. Washer and Dryer inside garage. Extra overnight guest will pay $75 extra per night. (above 8 people ) Guest access The entire house is available for your use. Other things to note 🌤️ Outdoor Grill Information The outdoor grill is available for your use. Propane tanks are provided, but propane gas is not included. Please clean the grill after each use to keep it in good condition. If the grill is left dirty, a $150 cleaning fee will be applied. 💧 Pool Vacuum & Equipment Please do not disconnect or remove the pool vacuum. All pool equipment is controlled through our system, so there’s no need for you to adjust or handle anything. Tampering with the equipment may cause damage to the pump and could result in a fine. Pool heating $100.00 per day per request.
