Other things to note Guests are informed that, by confirming their reservation, they are signing two separate contracts with separate legal entities, each with specific responsibilities: Host Trentino s.r.l. – Contract relating to the provision of real estate brokerage services on behalf of the owner of the tourist accommodation. Guest Trentino S.n.c. – Contract for the provision of ancillary and functional services to the accommodation, including: cleaning services and supply of linen, reception service at check-in/check-out, telephone and emergency assistance during the stay, routine maintenance service, organization of experiences, return of forgotten items.
