The apartment is super cozy and well laid out, equipped with a bed/pillows, air-conditioning in the bedroom, a fan in the living room, 500 Mbs Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a stove and a full-size sofa bed. It has complete kitchen utensils and 2 TVs. ATTENTION: The property is equipped with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, thus accommodating 4 people. If there is a need to accommodate more people, talk to the host. Bed linens and pillows, bath towels corresponding to the number of guests are provided. (No beach or pool towels are provided). For periods up to 10 days, sheets, towels, bathroom mats, dishcloths will be changed every 5 days For periods longer than 10 days, one more set of bed linens, towels, dishcloth, and mats will be left, corresponding to the number of guests. In this way, the tenants are responsible for the changes and washes. Every Monday, the pools are closed for cleaning and maintenance (except on extended weekends). The apartment has 1 parking space in the rotating system; at some times there may not be a space available. Guest access The apartment is exclusive to the guest during the period of their reservation. Guests who are not on the reservation are not allowed to enter.
