Mountainside Apartment with great views of Morzine

The space We’re located just above Morzine town on Route D’Avoriaz. Distances to the lifts and supermarkets are as follows: Winter only ski bus stop just outside the chalet: buses every hour, first one down at 8.30am, last one up at 19.10pm Line C Super Morzine Gondola: 2.3km, 5 minute drive Pleney Gondola and Piou Piou kids club: 3.5km, 7 minute drive Nyon Gondola: 3.4km, 6 minute drive Prodains Cable car: 4.4km, 7 minute drive Avoriaz Centre Station: 11km, 17 minute drive Ardent Gondola: 9km, 15 minute drive Carrefour Morzine: 2km, 5 minute drive Carrefour St Jean D’aulps (bigger): 6km, 11 min drive The Apartment is a light and bright space located on the ground floor of our lovely chalet. It has clean and modern decor and is a good size for families and friends. There's a comfy lounge area with a smart tv with access to Netflix as well as uk freeview, french freeview tv, books and games, a bijou but well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and a nice dining area with table that can seat up to six. The door opens up onto your own unfenced patio garden, perfect for your morning coffee and croissant taking in the views, winter or summer! There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with bunks. A family bathroom with bath and shower over and a separate toilet. We’re not in the centre of Morzine, but up on the enviable ‘sunny side’ of the Super Morzine with panoramic views over the town. It’s a beautiful walk down into town but can be a tough walk up if you’re not a regular walker. From Summer ‘24 we are now part of the Multipass Scheme giving you free or discounted access to lots of different activities across the area including the pedestrian lifts and swimming pool. Ask us about obtaining your Multipass for just €3 a day. Guest access You have your own parking space right outside the apartment, separated from the rest of the driveway. If your party has more than one car there are additional spaces on our private driveway. You’ll also have access to the garage to store skis and boards in the winter and bikes in the summer- we’ll leave a key in the apartment for you, please don’t park your car in the garage! The garage is a shared space, but only with us, it also has the jet wash for bikes and a washer and dryer for you to use, but please only after 5pm on weekdays (anytime at the weekend). Other things to note We are NOT in the village centre but just above Morzine on the road up to Avoriaz. We do recommend a car if you are not a confident or regular walker or do not want to rely on the hourly (winter only) bus.
