On the ground floor of the main house, there are two main bedrooms: an elegant double room with en-suite bathroom and a comfortable twin room. Next to the pool, an annex offers two additional twin rooms and a shared bathroom with shower, providing privacy and space for all guests. The kitchen is practical and functional, fully equipped to make meal preparation easy during your stay. Outside, the property features a covered terrace with dining area, a BBQ zone and a swimming pool, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy the Algarve climate. Located in Albufeira, Villa Alice is close to beaches, restaurants and local shops, allowing you to enjoy the best of the Algarve with ease. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
