No trucks, no trailers, no trailers allowed Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Other things to note Smoking marijuana is not allowed under any circumstances inside or outside the property, waste and odor may incur a fee starting at $300 No trailers or commercial trucks are allowed Washing cars using the house water is not allowed The garage is converted into a studio which will be rented to another guest (it has its own entrance, it does not share any space with the house)
