The pool and splash pool are shared with the owners and other guests. When enjoying these areas, we will only ask you to respect the condominium rules. During your stay, the wristband gives you full access to the property, including the pool and parking. You must wear your wristband throughout your stay and the security staff will remove it at check-out. If you do not use it, the condominium management will impose a fine, making the use of the wristband mandatory. Each guest must provide a photo of their photo ID (passport/license) 48 hours prior to arrival. ID is required at check-in. Other things to note The condominium has a security booth where you will be asked for your ID to access. You must share each guest's official IDs at least 48 hours prior to check-in so that we can authorize their entry into the condo with management. When enjoying the pool and beach, you must respect the condominium rules and take the appropriate precautions as there is no lifeguard service. The water in Mexico is not potable, so we recommend our guests not to cook or drink tap water. During your stay, remember to be clean, throw the garbage in the indicated containers, and do not leave food that can attract animals. Remember that you are renting an Airbnb and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or towel change, consumables are complimentary for the first night, if you have special requests do not hesitate to ask, we will always be willing to make your stay more pleasant. Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be eco-friendly. Turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open, as it may break down. The cleaning fee includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure.
