The space The property is located in a safe and quiet condominium on the sand in front of Praia das Dunas, which is the extension of Praia do Forte, on the same waterfront. Just 3 STEPS to the beach! Great atmosphere and location. - There are two floors. The bedrooms are on the second floor, one with 1 double bed and the other with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, plus a bathroom between them. - On the first floor: kitchen, living room, bathroom, service area and garage. -The 2 bedrooms have split air conditioning, ceiling fan and smart TVs. The double room also has a minibar and a balcony with a view. The kitchen has all the utensils, as well as appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, air fryer, electric pressure cooker, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric popcorn maker, omelet maker, etc. in perfect condition. The laundry area has a clothesline and iron. - Only bed linen, bath towels and other hygiene and consumption items are required. There are 6 complimentary pillows available for use. We also have a trousseau for rent at an additional cost and upon request in advance: double kit R$ 80.00 and single kit R$ 60.00. - Maximum occupancy allowed: 5 people including children - The condominium's common area also has a beautiful garden and game room with pool, ping pong and foosball available between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. free of charge. - Barbecue: upon reservation and additional cost of R$76.00 per day used via Pix. Hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tables, chairs, grill and skewers are provided. Visitors are not allowed, only for previously informed guests. - Parking space for 1 small to medium-sized car. - Pets are not allowed. - Wi-Fi throughout the property. - Parties/events are not allowed, as well as subletting and/or occupation by third parties. Guest access - Guests will have access to the beach at the door of the house, in addition to being able to enjoy the common area of the condominium - game room between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. - Each house has its own parking space in front. Other things to note - Maximum occupancy of 5 people including children. - Only bed linen, bath towels and other hygiene and consumption items are required. Easy access, safe, monitored space inside the condominium. - Basic items such as detergent, sponge and toilet paper will be provided upon arrival, replacement at the guest's expense. - The accommodation is delivered properly cleaned and organized, and therefore we kindly ask that it be returned in the same way it was found.
