All bedrooms have black out blinds. Downstairs has 2 living rooms and a few steps down to a pool table billiards room. The main floor is circular floor plan with cozy, warm finishes. The fully-outfitted, thoughtful kitchen has a double oven and a full suite of Stainless appliances. We have a full coffee bar with Keurig & drip coffee maker. There is a water filtration system, full house automatic generator, A/C and Starlink internet. Wood firepit (for use during non-burn ban periods) & propane firetable to keep everything cozy!
