Coasta Villa promises a serene and memorable getaway for you and your loved ones! The space This spacious multi-level home features three distinct levels and multiple staircases throughout. The upper level includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a children's game area. The main level has a primary suite, a half bathroom, a kitchen, a living & dining area, and a laundry room. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a game room. There is a two-step staircase from the entryway leading up to the main living and kitchen area, as well as stairs from the main level down to the game room. Outside, you'll find additional staircases connecting various outdoor spaces, including the path down to the deck and waterfront. Due to the number of stairs both inside and outside the home, it may not be suitable for young children, seniors, or anyone with mobility challenges. Please note that this property uses a septic system, not city sewer. As such, it’s very important to be mindful of what goes down the sinks, toilets, and drains. Avoid pouring grease, harsh chemicals, or non-biodegradable items, as these can damage the system and lead to costly repairs. Living Room: Our living space features a fireplace, contemporary furnishings, and tasteful décor in an open layout with floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple skylights, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The space includes a large-screen TV, a soundbar with a subwoofer, a piano, and a guitar. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and unavailable for guest use. For fire safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from using it to avoid potential fire hazards. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Laundry Room: Our laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience, and we also provide laundry detergent. Game Room: Our game room is spacious and light-filled, offering stunning views of the water and Olympic Mountains through the large windows. You can unwind on the cozy couch while enjoying your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney Plus or playing Xbox games on a large-screen TV. If you are in the mood for games, choose between relaxing board games or energetic activities like pool, ping-pong, and foosball. OUTDOOR LIVING: Upper Deck: The upper deck wraps around the back of the house, offering a spacious area that blends indoor and outdoor living. Its elevated position provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the sparkling waters and Mountain Olympus from afar. Equipped with outdoor loveseat set, the deck is an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine as the sun sets. From atop, you can observe the graceful movements of birds and wildlife, adding a touch of tranquility. The upper deck isn’t just an area of tranquility, but a perfect setting for capturing memorable moments. Lower Deck: Like the upper deck, it wraps around the back of the house and offers stunning views of the sparkling water and Mountain Olympus. The lower deck is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. It features a dedicated outdoor patio seating, perfect for enjoying the nature's beauty. The lower deck offers functionality and tranquility, whether you are savoring delicious food, observing wildlife, or taking in the breathtaking scenery, it's perfect for gatherings. Ground & Beach Deck: An ideal spot, the ground deck offers the closest and most intimate view of the waters. From this point, everything unfolds right at eye level, immersing you in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Here, you feel the gentle breeze as it sweeps through, hear the soothing sounds of rippling water, and capture tranquility. Whether engaged in a heartfelt conversation or mesmerized by the views, the ground deck provides an unparalleled connection to nature, complete with the opportunity to enjoy the putting green. Fire Pit: The fire pit is available for your enjoyment, ideal for roasting s’mores or gathering around for stories and conversation. We do not supply the wood for the firepit, however, there is a convenient store near by that you can purchase the wood logs. Please extinguish the fire completely after use. Barbecue Grill: We offer propane grill for meal preparation and cooking. The Beach: • Enjoy private beach access via the beach stairways. Sit on the seat at the landing to breathe in the fresh air, listen to the soothing sounds of the rippling water, and immerse yourself in the serene surroundings. Take a walk along the beach for some refreshing exercise, whether in the morning to watch the sunrise or in the evening to enjoy the sunset. • Enjoy water activities, including kayaking and paddleboarding. The kayaks and a paddleboard are available from May to September only. • Indulge in wildlife watching in our area. You can spot deer, bald eagles, seals, seagulls, and other coastal wildlife. Relax and observe from the fire pit, picnic areas, or decks. Guest access • Guests have access to the entire home, a spacious backyard, and a private beach. • Complimentary items included during your stay are high-speed Wi-Fi, linens and towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. NON-ACCESSIBLE Please note that the following areas/items are not accessible for guests: the primary suite Jacuzzi, the garage, the utility room and the outdoor shed. Other things to note • Parking is available for up to four vehicles directly in front of the home. More parking is available across the street. The driveway is sloped and steep; be careful as you park your car. Please follow the parking sign and do not block the entrance. • The front door is equipped with keyless entry for your convenience. • Only registered Airbnb guests are allowed on the premises; no additional visitors or party guests are permitted. • Guests must be at least 25 years old to book the home.
