Three downstairs bedrooms, two baths, an office, and a formal dining room plus two additional bedrooms with a full bath and loft upstairs means that there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. With large sliding doors and plenty of windows throughout, this space offers an abundant amount of natural light, making you one with the beautiful outdoors. The dining room comes with a wooden table that comfortably seats six and is able to extend if needed for more space. Also included is a popcorn machine. Don’t forget to say hi to Buffy the Buffalo as you eat - she loves being a part of dinner conversation and meeting new friends. Past the dining room is an open-concept fully equipped kitchen and living room. Perfect for a couple on retreat, or a large family celebrating a much-needed vacation, this area is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has a pantry, breakfast nook, large stainless steel fridge, a microwave, stove/oven combo, and plenty of counter space to prep and serve food on the convenient bar seating area. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart television for you to access your favorite streaming services, and an en suite with a walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a separate tub and shower plus Japanese toilet with a bidet and heated seat. Don’t forget to open the sliding glass door to hear the local birds’ morning song. The other two downstairs bedrooms are located past the fully-equipped laundry room. The two rooms each have their own closets, queen sized beds, and wooden dressers. The two bedrooms share a bathroom located across the hallway, outfitted with a bathtub shower combo, Japanese toilet with bidet and heated seat plus a vanity with sink. Located off the dining room is the home office. An adjustable standing desk and a small library await you for a convenient work-from-home environment if you need some peace and quiet to get any last minute work done. Make your way upstairs and you’ll find two kid-sized bedrooms, a fully-outfitted bathroom including a Japanese toilet with bidet and heated seat, and a large common area with a comfortable sectional and window over looking the backyard and lake. Outside the enclosed covered patio is the backyard. The entire backyard is fully fenced in, with space for kids and pets to run around. The black aluminum fence provides safety without blocking the lake views while the extra tall wood fence offers privacy. MINUTES FROM SPRINGS, RIVERS & LAKES You will be 7 minutes from Salt Springs Recreation Area, 15 minutes from Silver Glen Springs, 15 minutes from Lake George, 25 minutes from Juniper Springs, 30 minutes from Alexander Springs, 30 minutes from Silver Springs, 30 minutes from Ocklawaha River and 30 minutes from St. John’s River which accesses the Atlantic Ocean. MINUTES FROM HIKING, HORSE & ATV TRAILS You will be 5 minutes from Salt Springs Spur Trail, 5 minutes from Bear Swamp Trail, 14 minutes from Salt Springs Observation Trail, 30 minutes from Wandering Wiregrass OHV Trail, 5 minutes from Florida Trail Salt Springs to Kerr Island and 14 minutes from The Yearling Trail, the location where the Oscar nominated movie The Yearling was filmed. When leaving the house to go adventure into the forest, please drive slow. The road to the house is dirt so it can get bumpy when it rains. Driving slow also helps avoid raising dust.
