The Green(ish) Room

The space It's a house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you got access to only one room but shared common spaces like kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. We have a nice swing in the front yard, you can smoke there, never inside the house. Guest access You have access to your private room (room number 1) the common areas like: laundry room, kitchen and bathroom. The garage and the other bedrooms are forbidden. Other things to note My family and I live here, we have three other rooms as Airbnb’s. It’s possible that there will be other guests during your stay. It's important you know that you are paying only for one room, not the entire house and that's the reason why we are not allowing parties or events in our home. We have two ring cameras in the common area, next to the TV in the living room and on a shelf by the coffee stand. They don’t see into the private room. I hope you understand.
