A spacious and bright apartment located in the heart of the Costa degli Dei, specifically in Briatico (VV), a 15-minute drive from Tropea and Pizzo Calabro. The location is strategic to quickly reach, both by car and by train, the most beautiful towns in Calabria: Tropea, Pizzo, Parghelia, Zambrone, Capo Vaticano, Ricadi. A few meters from the apartment is the Briatico Promenade, 700 meters from the train station, and a 15-minute walk from the picturesque Rocchetta beach. The space The apartment is located near the center of Briatico, a few steps from the central square. It offers two bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom with a double bed plus a single folding bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. A travel crib for babies is also available. Each bed is made with white sheets made of 100% cotton and for each guest there is a set of towels. The spacious and bright living room is equipped with: a comfortable sofa, a 43-inch HD smart TV, Wi-Fi, a TV stand, a dining table with six chairs, and a large sideboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, Bialetti coffee maker, coffee, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, bowls, oven, baking sheet, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a practical shower box and all the bathroom fixtures. There is also a comfortable and spacious terrace with chairs, a dining table, and a drying rack for linen. The apartment is equipped with two portable fans all year round. From June 1 to September 30, the use of the air conditioner, which is specifically set up for the sleeping area, is included in the cost of the accommodation. Finally, the house has a free parking space in the condominium courtyard, which guarantees comfort and ease of parking. In any case, all the beaches of the town can also be reached by car, in about 3-4 minutes. For those who want to travel by train, Briatico Station is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, with connections to and from the main stations of Lamezia Terme Centrale and Vibo-Pizzo. The station also connects the entire Costa degli Dei and allows you to reach in a few minutes the various beach towns in the area: Zambrone, with the beautiful town of Paradiso del Sub, Parghelia, where the famous beach of Michelino is located, Tropea with the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell 'Isola, Vibo Marina, Pizzo Calabro, Ricadi, Capo Vaticano and the wonderful town Grotticelle.
