Welcome to “The Sugar Suite” - Located on the 1st floor so there’s no going up stairwells after a full day of exploring & fun! COOL SUMMERS! Ski in/out but stay away from the noise of the snow blowers and lift! Great cell service for GPS, etc. 260 steps from the lift! Our goal is to make sure you have the most pleasureful experience possible for your stay. We have put a ton of thought into your accommodations. This stylish & cozy condo is a perfect base to go skiing or explore the area :) The space We realize you just want a nicest and most uncomplicated place to stay that doesn’t break the bank while enjoying the area. No fluffy descriptions or enhanced pics here that leave you feeling underwhelmed in real life. And yes, we have a legit AC (unlike other units) for the summer when temps sometimes hit 80°+. We feel our condo provides the best overall experience for the price! ••Bedroom•• Feel rested on our ZERO-GRAVITY adjustable queen bed (new)! Stay charged and decluttered using end tables w/ front facing USB-A outlets & a wireless charger. A luggage rack is ready for you to unload upon arriving. Ice fan for summers, heat fan humidifier for winters! UV air purifier. Also available: swing out smart tv, standup fan, full length mirror, dresser, hangers, iron & ironing board. ••Hallway•• Immediately declutter by utilizing the many coat hooks and storage areas under the bench and bunks. A water mat is provided to hold your snow covered shoes/boots/equipment. 2 Bunk beds w/ drink & phone holders to keep the kids preoccupied while you get settled. Wall fan for air circulation, white noise in bunks, or drying your snow gear (new). 1 pack-and-play crib/bassinet, crib sheets, cot, sleeping pad, kid’s toys/board games, pool floaties. ••Living Room•• Double recliner sofa! Swing up coffee table w/ storage and tv trays to use as extra workspaces if needed. Stay charged/decluttered with the end table w/front facing USB-A outlets. Laptop tray, smart tv, wood burning fireplace. Air conditioner in the summer! We have a cot and crib under the bunks. The furniture can easily slide around to fit a cot, etc, just please put furniture back before leaving. ••Kitchen•• Utilize the island table and stools as an alternative work station or game hub. Fridge has filtered water and ice. Full dinnerware & cookware, children’s dinnerware, pots/pans, air fryer, blender, glasses, etc. Complimentary condiments, coffee/creamer, Stevia, etc.! ••Bathroom•• Stay organized by utilizing the shelves and to keep things out of the reach of your kids. Many towel hooks. Get ready for the day quicker with the fog-less vanity mirror and lighted makeup mirror. Walk-in shower, towels, shower stool, blow dryer, first aid kit. Complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. ••Utility closet•• Step stool. Fire extinguisher. Foam topper for couch sleeping, adult sleeping in a bunk, or to make one side of the queen bed softer if desired. Extra stool for the kitchen island. Pickleball set! (Court has been resurfaced July ‘25) ••Balcony•• Table and chairs with an amazing balcony view that just doesn’t translate in pictures! Store firewood. Watch your kids play in the snow or on the spacious pickleball courts. **Amenities building** Year-round indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, locker rooms, conference room, game room, bbq grill, delivery drop-offs, vending machine with snacks and emergency toiletries. Guest access You will receive two parking passes to hang in your car(s). Our unit is located on the first floor so no going up flights of stairs carrying luggage. There are only a few stair steps at the entrance. You will have two lanyards to access the amenities building which is a few steps away next door, across the parking lot. Lanyards will be hanging on the coat hooks in the hallway of the condo. Only 260-300 steps to Oma’s ski lift! Depends which way you go. Both paths go by the amenities building. The ski shuttle bus runs 12/20-3/9 so you don’t have to drive and park at the lodge. Pickup is at the circle drive at the mailboxes/dumpster. Ride the scenic lift back to the condo if you’d like!
