The condo has one side w/2 full beds and couch & dining table & other side w/queen bed & queen conv. couch. Shuttle p/u. The condo has 24 hr security and new elevators. The space Our condo is efficiently designed to be flexible with 2 living rooms that convert to 2 bedrooms with the beds and convertible couches. The hallways to condo entrance are open air and safer for Covid. The listing includes use of both living areas so it can accommodate a larger family group of up to 6 adults with 2 kids. The Oceanside can be closed off from the Lagoon side if desired or opened to utilize both together. On the Oceanside we utilize 2 double size beds and a couch that converts to a queen size sleeper bed. The lagoon side has a queen bed and a couch that converts to a queen size bed. The two kitchens each have toaster ovens, double burner cook tops, microwave ovens, full size sinks, and a full size refrig on ocean side with small refrig on Lagoon side. There are pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses to prepare meals and eat in if desired. There is a 43" smart HDTV with Netflix, YouTube, and Bluetooth sound system on Lagoon side. and a 43"smart LED TV on Oceanside with Apple TV. Bring your tablet or phone and cables to show what's on your screen to the TV screen. WiFi Internet is available at no charge. Pickup at airport available to take you worry free to our condo and back. Great round trip price for for your entire group for only $80 US. The condo is a private owned double unit in a mixed use building including Hotel resort rooms. There is separate staff and lobby area for the Hotel guest use only. They do not service the private units. Mely is your contact if you have any problems or special needs. We provide a full set of clean linens on beds and towels for showers and beach however we do not include linen cleaning service during your stay. A washer and dryer inside the ocean side unit is available for your use if desired. We may be able to arrange for a charge a regular cleaning if you request in advance. The building has been completely renovated in last couple of years. They now have new elevators and two infinity pools. One with swim up bar.
