The one-bedroom villa features a private pool, offering stunning views of the jungle and river, and is designed for an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a tropical experience in Ubud. Via numerous picturesque small roads, you can enjoy the beautiful Bali nature, authentic villages, top cultural attractions, then reach in 30 to 60 minutes the East coast beaches or Northern mountains. The space The space at Villa Ubud Canyon is a beautiful one-bedroom villa, offering stunning views of the Petanu River valley. Located 2.5 kilometers from the center of Ubud, in a clean, and green area, this villa is truly unique due to its exceptional location. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. Then, enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley and river while lounging in the luxurious pool. Uniquely, you will have access to the amazing private Jungle Gardens that run via steps 40 meter down to the narrow river Canyon, the river’s rapids and wet season waterfalls. Please note that we regularly upgrade the Villa facilities with additional features, and update some of the website pictures to provide the most recent accurate presentation of Villa facilities. House Rules: ⦿ Please respect the local culture, all local Bali and villa assets, and prevent disturbing the peaceful Ubud holiday and living environment with noise or actions that unreasonably affect or disturb others. (Parties and loud music are not allowed) ⦿ Children, outside visitors and pets are not allowed at the villa. Only maximum 2 adults with registered IDcan stay during the booking. As required by Indonesian Law, you need to share with us a copy of your ID/passport via AirBNB or WA or email before you arrive, or latest by staff picturing your ID, before you receive the key. ⦿ Not allowed to use towels and bed linen for removal of sunblock, oils and make up, that by nearly default destroys the towels and bed linen for future use. Neighborhood Ubud Canyon is located 2.5 kilometers from the center of Ubud, known as the art capital and cultural heart of the Island of the Gods. Here, you will discover ancient temples, majestic royal palaces, the monkey forest, and stunning vistas of lush green hills for an authentic Balinese experience. Guest access Around or at the villa there is parking space for motorcycles. Cars can be parked on the side of the road where parking would be allowed and when parking spots are available, or with few car rental - taxi agencies at 100-meter distance. Parking space availability needs to be confirmed first by the Host earliest 1 week before arrival. In general, it is not recommendable to visit Ubud by car since the government has end 2023 forbidden to park cars along the roadside in Ubud in order to reduce traffic jams; by motor bike you can reach Monkey forest in Ubud Centre in 7 to 15 minutes, but in high season or certain peak hours by car Ubud Centre may take 30-60 minutes from any other location in or near Ubud. Motorbikes and car rental transport are the most convenient way of transport. But mind it: Online transport is in general less reliable and less convenient, this contrary to excellent online F&B services. Other things to note Other things to note ⦿ Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creatures until common house animals you’ve seen every day like harmless Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to do regular pest control in our villa and clean the villa in detail every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no insects at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore, we provide mosquito-small insect spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient. ⦿ In Bali Humans and Dogs live side by side; you may see dogs on the streets and not being kept in a cage as part of the island’s way of life. ⦿ The lush jungle surrounding the villa is home to playful monkeys that occasionally pass by the river canyon gardens. Their visits vary, sometimes weekly, sometimes every couple of months, depending on food availability in the area. As they naturally roam in search of food, we kindly remind you to keep any snacks or meals secured, as unattended food may attract these curious visitors. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please be mindful that they might take an interest in any open snacks if left out. The river valley also is the home of the beautiful ALU - a complete harmless water monitor lizard that may give you the creeps if it unexpectedly runs out of the bushes, fleeing away from you towards the river if you happen to walk down to the river.
