The apartment features two private bedrooms, both with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, workspace areas, and open wooden closets with storage space. The living room includes a sofa bed, Smart TV, and large windows that fill the space with natural light and warm sunset tones throughout the afternoon. The kitchenette is simple but functional, equipped with the essentials for short or long stays, including an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridges, and basic cooking utensils. The breakfast bar comfortably seats up to 4 guests. One of the highlights of this penthouse is the private rooftop terrace. Upstairs, you’ll find your own plunge pool, sunbeds, and an outdoor lounge area where you can enjoy incredible sunsets, tropical breezes, and a relaxed atmosphere above the city. La Residencia Art Project is one of Playa del Carmen’s most iconic buildings, known for its unique architecture, artistic concept, unbeatable location, and rooftop views. Plus, don’t miss the amazing Italian restaurant located inside the building, serving authentic Neapolitan pizza and handmade pasta — one of our favorite spots in Playa. 🍕✨ Guest access As our guest, you’ll have access to all building amenities: • Rooftop with two ocean-view pools, sunbeds, and lounge areas (available from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM) • Fully equipped rooftop gym • Art gallery with active exhibitions inside the building • Italian restaurant on the ground floor with authentic Neapolitan pizza & handmade pasta • Free underground parking, subject to availability and limited to small and medium-sized vehicles (maximum height: 1.72 m) • Elevators and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building • Beach access just a short walk down 38th Street, only steps from Fifth Avenue • Private rooftop terrace with plunge pool exclusive to the apartment ‼️Important: Wristbands are required to access the building amenities and common areas. They are provided at reception between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Other things to note • At the beginning of your stay, we provide a complimentary starter set of basic amenities. If you need additional refills, you may purchase them at nearby convenience stores or request them from us for an extra cost. • Each bedroom includes one full initial set of bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet/blanket). • We also provide 1 set of towels per guest (1 bath towel and 1 beach/pool towel). • If you require towel or linen replacements during your stay, please request them in advance.
