Guest access As our guest, you’ll have access to all building amenities: • Rooftop with two ocean-view pools, sunbeds, and lounge areas (available from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM) • Fully equipped rooftop gym • Art gallery with active exhibitions inside the building • Italian restaurant on the ground floor with authentic Neapolitan pizza & handmade pasta • Free underground parking, subject to availability and limited to small and medium-sized vehicles (maximum height: 1.72 m) • Elevators and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building • Beach access just a short walk down 38th Street, only steps from Fifth Avenue • Private rooftop terrace with plunge pool exclusive to the apartment ‼️Important: Wristbands are required to access the building amenities and common areas.
