With modern amenities, and a private plunge pool, and access to a gym this is the ultimate way to start your Bali holiday. The space Spacious and Chic Design: Enjoy the open-concept living space, featuring a cozy lounge area, a stylish dining area, and contemporary decor that blends luxury with comfort. Please note, the bedroom and bathroom are enclosed with air-conditioning. The living area (lounge, kitchen, dining) is enclosed with stacking windows but there is no air-conditioning in the living area. Private Rooftop Plunge Pool: Take a refreshing dip in your own plunge pool, or relax on the sun loungers. Please note, whilst there is spa jets in the plunge pool they are currently not a listed amenity as we are awaiting a spare part to arrive. Western Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the tools you need to create your favorite meals. King Bed Comfort: The large, plush king bed ensures a peaceful night’s sleep, with fresh linens and plenty of space to unwind. Filtered Water: Enjoy the convenience of filtered water throughout the apartment for your peace of mind. Strength & Conditioning Gym: Access to a shared gym for your fitness needs, perfect for maintaining your routine while enjoying paradise. WIFI: Fibre optic WIFI with dedicated router. Guest access You will enter the main villa through the front door and then head upstairs to the apartment, which has its own private entrance. Located on the first floor/rooftop, the apartment is accessible via approximately 15 steps. Other things to note VillaRa Apartment is a private apartment situated on the rooftop of VillaRa. Please be aware that the gym is a shared facility located within the main villa. The rooftop plunge pool is exclusively for the use of VillaRa Apartment guests. While the plunge pool is private, it is not fully secluded. Please note that there is construction work taking place at the property opposite our villa, as our neighbour has begun demolition of their building. We have not been provided with a schedule or timeline for the work, so there may be periods of noise or activity during the day. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as this is outside of our control. Laundry Service: VillaRa has a full laundry, but this is only accessible by housekeeping staff. Our team offers a laundry service at 20,000 IDR per kilogram, with the bill invoiced for cash payment. Whilst all care is taken, please note that we are not responsible for any colour transfer, shrinkage, or damage to clothing. Airport Transfers & Parking Fees: For guests arriving after 4:00 pm, we strongly recommend using our trusted driver for your airport transfer. The cost is 300,000 IDR, payable directly in cash to the driver. Please note this is a third-party service and VillaRa accepts no responsibility for the transfer. An airport parking fee of 12,000 IDR per hour is also payable by the guest. If flights land on time, this usually amounts to 2 hours. If flights are delayed, additional hours will be payable. VillaRa Apartment is strictly an adults only villa. All guests must be over 18-years-of-age. We do not and can not accommodate infants or children under 18-years-of-age. Instant bookings made with children or arriving at the villa with children will result in your booking being automatically cancelled and there will be no refund or compensation. VillaRa Towel and Linen Change Policy Towels: Towels are replaced every 3 days. If you would like your towel replaced sooner, simply place it on the floor, and our team will replace it promptly. Linen: Bed linens are changed every 7 days. If you would prefer an earlier linen change, please let us know, and we will accommodate your request. Room Servicing: Rooms are serviced between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door during these hours, no service will be provided until the sign is removed. Noise from Neighbours Our villas are generally very peaceful, and we rarely have any issues with noise from neighbouring properties. On the rare occasion that a neighbour hosts a party or plays music, please understand this is beyond our control. If loud noise continues after 10:00 pm (the official quiet time), we will contact the local authorities on your behalf. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee the outcome, as neighbours may sometimes obtain permits to continue music or events beyond 10:00 pm. Thank you for your understanding. We’ll always do our best to support you in ensuring a comfortable stay. Bugs, geckoes and other critters are part of island life. We operate a scheduled pest-control program, however, there is a chance you may come across something in your room or the villa. Rest assured these animals will not hurt you. We can remove the animal safely from your room/the villa for you. Unscheduled maintenance is required inside and outside the villa sometimes. This usually involves our maintenance team working in the villa to fix any issues that arise. There are times when we are required to use power tools to fix issues and this may result in some noise. Our maintenance team is always fully supervised whilst in the villa. If a maintenance issue does occur we will endeavor to have the issue fixed urgently. No refund or compensation will be offered due to noise/disruption caused by maintenance work being carried out. Additionally, our neighbors may occasionally perform maintenance on their villas, which could involve the use of power tools, hammering, or similar activities. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any resulting noise. Indonesia is a developing country and does not always have all the comforts you may be accustomed to at home. Power cuts do occur (due to the system being overloaded). Internet connection comes from Java and can sometimes be affected (very rare). There will be no refund or compensation due to a power or internet outage outside of VillaRa Apartment's control. There is one resident dog that live in VillaRa who is shy but friendly. She occasionally barks if she feel threatened but is generally very relaxed. Zero Tolerance Policy Unregistered guests are not permitted in the villa without prior permission from management. Prostitution and drugs are strictly illegal in Indonesia. We have a zero tolerance policy towards guests bringing sex workers or illegal substances into the villa. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund, and guests will be reported to the relevant authorities.
