* Luxurious and spacious apartment located in a 24-hour secure residence containing 2 large swimming pools where your children can swim safely (as each swimming pool contains a small swimming pool for young children). * Ideal location: - 7 min from the airport - 3 minutes from Marrakech train station (10-minute walk) - 3 minutes to Menara Gardens (15-minute walk) - 2 to 3 min to M Avenue (12 min walk). - 8 min to the medina - BIM supermarket (3-min walk) The space * the apartment has a smart lock with code to allow our dear guests to check in quickly * an information sheet would be completed at the entrance of the residence by a responsible security officer * for Moroccan guests: Dear customers, Moroccan law strictly prohibits the existence of an unmarried Moroccan couple in an apartment or house, so a marriage certificate would be requested from our kind Moroccan customers or if one of the travelers has Moroccan nationality. Note: this is not applicable for travelers who do not have Moroccan nationality. Note: - The Pools are managed by the residence management, so we are not responsible for the presence or absence of deckchairs🙏🏻 - Access to the parking lot with remote control (security deposit of €30, returned upon return of the remote control).
