Other things to note Important Information to Read Before Your Stay: - For the safety and peace of all residents, we do not accept bookings from Marrakech residents, except for families. - A valid ID will be requested upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding. **All guests must be declared.** - Out of respect for the neighbors, playing pool is not allowed between 10 PM and 9 AM. - Parking: During the summer months, indoor parking spots can be in high demand due to the increase in visitors. While we offer indoor parking, we unfortunately cannot guarantee availability at all times. If no space is available, street parking is generally possible nearby. - Noise: As is common in the area, buildings may not have full soundproofing. You might occasionally hear noise from neighboring apartments, especially from upstairs. - Appliances & Equipment: All electrical appliances, such as the coffee machine, are regularly maintained. If anything happens to stop working during your stay, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions, and no refunds can be provided for equipment failure. - WiFi, Water & Electricity Supply: We cannot be held responsible for any interruptions from provider to WiFi, water, or electricity services due to circumstances beyond our control. - Linen & Cleaning Services: For longer stays, extra sheets and towels are available for guests to change themselves. There is no cleaning, linen, or towel change service included during your stay. Laundry can be done in the apartment or at nearby laundromats. If you need additional services, feel free to contact us to help arrange this with our cleaning partner. - Apartment Condition: To ensure transparency, our housekeeper records a short video of the apartment and its contents before each check-in and after each check-out. - Hot Water: As is common in Morocco, hot water is supplied by an electric water heater located in each apartment. To ensure the best experience, we recommend not letting the water run for several minutes before showering and allowing about 15 minutes between showers to give the heater time to refill. - Late Check-In Fee A €20 fee applies for check-ins after midnight, as this requires special arrangements outside of regular hours. -The person who makes the Airbnb reservation must be present during the stay. Third-party bookings are not allowed. Any undeclared guests or mismatch between the Airbnb profile and the actual occupants will result in immediate cancellation without refund, in accordance with Airbnb policies.
