Welcome to our coastal studio in world renowned holiday town of Torquay - the surf capital of Australia! The space is a self contained unit with loads of natural light, a fully equipped kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The studio is on the same block as the main house with separate laneway access. Close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to flagged swimming beaches. The space Coastal Studio is a self contained space on the same block as the family home. You will have access to a paved outdoor space with outdoor seating and privacy from the main house. The studio has separate entry from a rear lane with street parking. Full directions on how to access the property will be sent to you before you arrive. Property keys will be located in a key safe. This accommodation is best suited for people who are looking to get out and explore the area - beaches, cafes and shops abound! There is no TV in the studio but you can bring your own device and connect to WiFi if you need to. Guest access You will have the entire studio apartment to yourself! This includes a fully equipped kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and outdoor paved seating area. There is no washing machine in the studio but there are several launderettes close by if you need them. Included for guest use is: - Breville Coffee machine - Electric fry pan - Air fryer - Toaster - Electric kettle - Microwave - All kitchen crockery and cuttlery - Basic cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper) - Shampoo, conditioner and soap - Towels and bedding Other things to note You can drive right up to the property entrance via a rear laneway but parking is on the street, less than 50 meters walk away. We do have two medium sized dogs (whippets) on the property, they don't have access to the guest spaces but you may see them around. Let us know if this is a problem for you.
