You will have the pleasure of having your own half of a house (Duplex) in a quiet neighborhood. Your own entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of free parking! There are brand new split unit AC/heaters in each room that you control for added comfort. There’s a Keurig, 2 mini fridges (one large with small freezer) , microwave, stove, oven and 50in tv with 700 movies available. Located 2 blocks from UofA and historical 4th Ave & everything else cool in Tucson The space Short walk to downtown or the stadium. There is access to the Street car and renting bikes only a few doors down. Even those fun little scooters. You have your own entrance and access to the back yard where you can hang with our prehistoric pet and hummingbirds. Its so relaxing watching them eat. Or watch one of the 700 movies we have on our 50in tv. Guest access You have access to all the secret gardens throughout the yard. In Arizona, being outside is one of the best parts of living here and I’ve made a second living room in the backyard that you’ll surely enjoy as you watch our giant tortoise walk around keeping the grass perfectly manicured and the hummingbirds that come to feed all year long💙 Other things to note Please check the pictures of the shower before you book.
