Fishing... come and see for yourself if you have a pet it is a $50 charge this will be put under managing fee The space we have three screened porches , Our showers inside are multifunction including steam function Den has a 75 inch tv and a sofa bed as well as the living room We have board games , tv in each bedroom & den Amenities: . Boat dock, sauna , and canoe are not part of the rental no extra charge for use but as if not working there is no refund, We do repair things asap but have no control of how fast someone comes., so I do not charge for their use . you assume all liability for their use. Guest access you have the whole private home with a driveway a Other things to note guest have to have someone 25 or older amenities below as stated there is no charge for use if they are not functioning there is no refund ,no liability . we have a suana canoe although I have a strict cancellation you do not get cash back but you do not lose your time and can rebook within a year at no additional cost if its the same unit You may apply whatever cost you paid towards any of my properties listed here whether its Florida or Maine. I do allow domestic pets, dogs and cats only . Pet fee is $50. Pet must be on flea and tick preventive meds and have a clean bill of health all shots and flea and tick free from your vet. They must be washed and brushed . Please pick up any gifts your pets may leave and brush up lose hair before leaving . not allowed on the furniture .
