The space The open-concept layout features a sleep area, dining area, a lounge and a bathroom that flow seamlessly together, as well as a balcony with stunning sea views. The kitchenette is stylishly appointed and fully equipped with a bar fridge, 30 liter mini oven with two hot plates, microwave, and a washing machine. The lounge has a 3 seater couch, a soft rug and smart tv to watch your favourite shows. Private parking is available within the complex, and street parking is also available. Note that the apartment is located in a quiet residential block and is suitable for considerate guests. Loud voices, TV, Radio, musical devices/instruments etc are to be limited so as not to create undue noise disturbance. There are security cameras on the property but not in the apartment. Guests are required to provide a photo of their ID when booking this property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and amenities.
