Your own private balcony overlooking Signal Hill makes this our most popular room. Stylish chandeliers, plush carpet, a queen sleigh bed leading to a private bathroom is very inviting. The room is part of a shared house living with other young professionals who stay long term. The home is cleaned daily and the rooms are cleaned weekly. The home is loved for its ideal location… a short walk to the V&A and beach promenade. Many popular restaurants and the Stadium just minutes walk away. live local The space A Victorian house with wooden floors and ceilings and styled with modern amenities. Each room is en-suite and our linen is crisp white percale. There is a communal kitchen and conservatory for you to use. We do not have secure parking, only off street. But we are very close to MiCiti bus line and in walking distance to thousands of shops and restaurants as well as 5 minutes walk to the stadium and beach promenade. Guest access There is a security gate with a private access code. During your stay We have a housemanager to assist you with your needs. Other things to note The house is a professional commune and while it is serviced we ask you to be mindful of the other guests when you have cooked. There is a dishwasher and fully kitted kitchen with ample fridge space. We provide an additional fridge near your room with a coffee station.
