Large country property with pool / entire property

At Quinta el Coyol you will find the peace and tranquility of being in the countryside without having to go too far from the city. We are located about 15 minutes from the San Jose airport. This is a perfect home base if you are going to travel across Costa Rica, for telecommuting, and extended stays. 2 acre property exclusively for you - house accommodates up to 16. If you prefer, ask about accommodating groups interested in camping, teambuilding, receptions and corporate activities. The space Sit and read a book under the trees, relax on our wide wraparound terrace, or take a swim in our pool. Our house is equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy a weekend of rest and relaxation. We have sufficient beds and sofa beds for 13 and additional mattresses for 4 more. We also allow guests to bring blow-up mattresses, tents, or sleeping bags or we can rent tents to our guests. Our property can also be booked for daytime team buildings, children's birthdays, daytime receptions and corporate events. NO NIGHTIME PARTIES ALLOWED. Guest access Our property is located in a rural area and having a vehicles is strongly recommended. Bus stop is about 1/2 mile away on a dirt road. Other things to note For activities like team buildings, corporate events, and children's birthdays, we are able to provide tables and chairs for up to 50 guests. Property has ample space for setting up tents and parking for large groups. House has 2 full bathrooms but there are a number of additional bathrooms near the pool.
