House is extremely spacious. Ideal for someone traveling with friends, family and their Pets Recently built 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the outside 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms It is a 6-minute drive to the beach/1.9 km to be exact, it is a straight shot to the beach and downtown Parque Daville Neighbourhood It has a pool and gourmet area with barbecue and wood stove Smart TV and wifi in the house and the room Respect the neighbor in terms of Sound 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at a moderate volume 1 security camera with a view of the lawn The space There are 3 buildings. Building 1: Recently expanded 2 bedrooms/bathroom/laundry on the lawn Building 2: Back house, ground floor has a bathroom, living room and kitchen and upstairs 2 bedrooms. Building 3: Gourmet area, with bathroom, table, barbecue and swimming pool. Very extensive lawn with a volleyball net. Guest access There is no shared area. Entrance through the social or car gate. The guest has the keys and controls who enters. Other things to note It has a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, smart TV, freezer, kitchen utensils, accepts pets and has a very large lawn. No dogs in the pool, on the sofas or beds. I've had problems with fur almost burning the pool pump.
