Kitchen with gas stove, a refrigerator, and a gas heater for the shower. 1 sink. Garage space for one car. Leisure area and barbecue area closed due to Covid. An elevator and wheelchair ramp. 1 beach chair, 2 balls, 3 umbrellas. It accommodates up to 10 people, with only 4 mattresses, one double and 2 single beds
