Country Charmer Who doesn’t enjoy the return to a calmer, quieter way of life? This adorable 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage can sleep 6 with a sleeper sofa. Decorated in soft blues, grays, pale yellows and whites, you will begin to feel the stresses of city life ebb away as you relax in this shabby chic cottage. A large fully equipped kitchen with French doors allows for group meals, board games or gatherings. A long ramp and deck give easy access for rolling bags or those who cannot use steps. The space We provide the first day Keurig set up. Tv with Firestick and Wifi, no cable but local channels with antennae. Guest access A community area pavilion is great for picnics, yard games or enjoying the fire pit. A community laundry room is conveniently located onsite. Sheep and their guard dogs, donkeys and more onsite. We are rural so please be aware that in warmer months, snakes and other critters may on rare occasion be spotted. Be mindful of where you step and observant - its a lot of open land in Texas. Other things to note A few rules to ensure everyone's safety and comfort: Please, no fireworks. No campfires or open flames other than designated. No pets. No additional guests other than those confirmed on the registration. No events or big parties No loud music. No smoking inside the units. No campers/trailers/tents or other as of now No target shooting or discharge of firearms No car washing Please observe septic instructions Please refrain from driving off the gravel drives. Be aware during rainy periods as our sandy loam soil can become very soft and muddy. Bring boots! During the dry season, dust is common. Breezes through the property are a welcome blessing however so enjoy the private patio on each unit or up at our Event Center tasting room (open August 2018)! Please do not leave trash outside. We will gather those up as country critters love to explore the bags. Use receptacle near the pavilion for picnic trash. Please note Wifi can be spotty in the country. We have Wifi available for each unit and a Firestick is available for use by request.
