A key to the apartment will be left for every two guests. —————— FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS —————— 1. Is it possible to check in before 2:00 p.m.? Early access to the property will be subject to the availability of the apartment. It will then be possible to check in before 2:00 p.m., only if the unit has not been previously booked by another guest. 2. Is it possible to check out after 11:00 a.m.? The option to extend your stay in the apartment beyond 11:00 a.m. will only be available if the unit has not been booked by another guest for the same day. 3. Will it be possible to leave our luggage at the property upon early check-in or check-out? Of course, the "luggage storage" service is offered free of charge. 4. If the car exceeds 4.30 meters, can we not use the private parking? Yes, with a few more maneuvers, cars of 4.50 meters will also enter. Alternatively, you can use the parking space in the courtyard of our house just 100 meters from the apartment. In this case, you will not be provided with the personal remote control for access (as well as for the private parking of the apartment) but you can write to us on Airbnb or ring the intercom to open the door. Finally, if it is not possible to park in our courtyard, in Via XXXI Maggio 19-21 (in front of the "Face Up" store), just 200 meters away there is a 24-hour video surveillance parking lot (currently free). 5. Is it possible to recharge electric vehicles in the apartment's private parking lot? No, you won't be able to recharge your car in the apartment's private parking lot. However, it will be possible to recharge the car (for a fee) in the courtyard of our house, which is only 100 meters from the apartment. N.B. You will not be provided with a personal remote control for access, but you can write to us on Airbnb or ring the intercom to open the door. 6. Is the apartment in a Limited Traffic Zone? No, the apartment is 100 meters from the ZTL, so outside but very close to the city center. 7. Is it possible to smoke in the house? No, it is strictly prohibited. Only electronic devices such as iQos or Kiwi can be smoked in the house. 8. Can you throw house parties? No, no in-house parties. 9.
