The space Hidden Paradise A's Layout and Features Overview Welcome to our private apartment, designed for comfort and convenience. Below is a detailed description to help you understand the layout and amenities: *Bedrooms and Bathrooms First Bedroom: - Features a Full size bed. - Comes with a chest of 4 drawers. - Sleeps 2 people. Second Bedroom: - features 1 Full size bed. - Sleeps 2 people - Comes with a wardrobe - Separate from the first bedroom *Air Conditioning and Entertainment - Both bedrooms have their own AC units to ensure a comfortable stay. - Note: TVs are not available in the bedrooms; the Android Smart TV is located in the living room. Living Room - Open-concept design, seamlessly integrating with the kitchen and dining. - Includes a side coffee table and an Android Smart TV equipped with streaming apps for entertainment. - Living Room and kitchen have AC *Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs: - Single sink - Stove and oven - Microwave - Plates, pans, silverware and glasses - Fridge - Complimentary essentials provided: - Salt, sugar, coffee, tea - Basic cleaning products *Towels and Linens - Bath towels and face towels are provided for your convenience. - Beach towels are NOT included! *Beach Access - The nearest beach is 20 minutes drive by car - A dive school is located at the beach. Other things to note Key Information for Your Stay! *Internet: - High-speed Wi-Fi provided *Utilities and Amenities -Water: Included (Normal consumption of water) *Electricity: - Electricity is Not included in the price! We will help and provide you with all information how you can manage and buy your own electricity. *Air Conditioning - Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have AC units. - Living Room: AC is not available. - Electricity Usage: - One hour of AC use is approximately 1 kWh, costing about USD 0.42. - Typically, I use about 9 kWh per day with only 2 hours of AC usage, then I use the portable fan which can be requested. ( Contact us for fan request ) - Air conditioning (AC) uses the most electricity. *Towels - Provided: Bath towels and face towels for use within the apartment. - Not Provided: Beach towels. Please bring your own if you plan to visit the beach. - Important: Do not take the provided towels outside the property! Rental Car is also available on request. Please Note: We would like to inform you that a $200 security deposit is required, and is fully refundable if everything in the apartment is in a good condition. Trash and Waste Disposal -Trash: Before you check out, please make sure to take the trash out to the green bins located outside. -Toilet: Kindly avoid flushing toilet paper, wipes, sanitary products, cotton, or other materials down the toilet. Use the provided trash bin beside the toilet for these items. Linens and Towels Care For Indoor Use Only: -Bed linens, sheets, and towels are meant for indoor use only. Please refrain from taking them to the beach or using them outdoors. -Stain Awareness: Be mindful when using lotions, oils, makeup, etc., as they can stain linens and towels. These items should not be used to clean bodily fluids. -Damage Charges: Any staining or damage to linens and towels will result in additional charges for each affected item. Kitchen Guidelines Countertop Maintenance: - If spills occur, please clean them promptly using CIF, which you’ll find under the sink. - Grease Removal: After cooking, make sure to wipe down any grease splatters on the walls or counters using CIF. Kitchen Cleanliness: -Please maintain a tidy kitchen to prevent ants and pests. Be sure to do the dishes before you leave. -Damage Fees: Any permanent stains or damage to the kitchen will result in extra charges.
