This covers most stays, but longer stays may require additional supplies, which will be the guest's responsibility to restock. Guest access You have access of the main floor and upstairs during your stay. Please note that the garage and basement is a private area and not accessible to our guests. Basement is tenanted to a quiet, peaceful family. You’ll have full, private access to the main floor and upstairs — however our basement and garage is rented to a quite, peaceful family. Whether you're soaking in the private hot tub or gathering around the patio, the space is all yours to enjoy from start to finish. Step inside to unwind with your favorite shows on the Smart TV, cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, or rest easy in one of three generously sized bedrooms. The home is designed to give you room to relax, recharge, and feel right at home—like your own personal retreat. Tucked away in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood of Lake Summerside. (laundry - washer , dryer will be at na extra cost of $50 per use and shared with the basement tenant) HOT TUB USE Hours of Use: Hot tub is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to ensure quiet hours are maintained. Maximum Capacity: Please adhere to the maximum capacity indicated (e.g., 4-6 persons) for safety and comfort. No unregistered guests. No Glass Containers: All drinks and items must be in non-glass containers to prevent breakage and injury. Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering to keep the water clean. No Food or Heavy Alcohol: For safety, do not consume heavy alcohol or have food in or near the hot tub. Children Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. Health Guidelines: Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds, contagious conditions. No Diving or Rough Play: For safety, avoid diving, jumping, or roughhousing. Turn Off When Not in Use: Please turn off jets and lights when not in use. Dispose of Trash Properly: Use designated bins for trash and hygiene items.
