If you are looking to explore during the day and relax with some fun when you get back, look no further! "Stay N Play" is a bright, clean 1900 sq ft condo thoughtfully designed for families and their furry friends, offering ample space and a fun, comfortable vibe. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. We provide coffee, spices, oil, and all essentials, including a Belgian waffle bar with mix and syrup. Dining & Living: Open-concept area with abundant seating for meals or game nights. Unwind on the large, cozy sectional and enjoy a movie on the 65-inch 4K TV. Private Deck: Extra-large back patio with stunning sunsets and panoramic Ozark Mountain views. Offers plenty of seating for relaxing, dining, or watching the big game. Equipped with a Wi-Fi outdoor projector for movie nights, an electric grill, and a s'mores maker. Bedrooms: Retreat to one of three comfortable bedrooms: *Two master suites: Plush King beds, en-suite bathrooms, direct patio access. Each includes bench seating that doubles as a child's bed. *Third bedroom: Queen bed and a Twin bed with a pull-out Twin trundle. **All bedrooms: Oh-so-comfy beds, TVs with streaming, USB chargers on bedside tables, and sound machines. Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, granite vanities, fresh linens, and complimentary soaps. A foldable bathtub insert is provided for our littlest guests. Laundry: Full-sized washer and dryer available in-unit, complete with laundry detergent and stain pre-treater. Also Included: -High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet -Pool towels -Fenced Dog Run -Playground -Games for all ages to enjoy -Items for kids: Pack 'n Play, Step stools, kids utensils and dinnerware, high chair, pop-up bathtub, night light, sound machines, rocking chair. * Items for pets: X-Large Dog Kennel, Food and water bowls and potty pick-up baggies. - Special services: *Luggage drop-off is available! This does not include dropping off of pets or groceries. Reach out for more details. 💦 Resort Pool Access 🏖️ ($50 Fee) Want to enjoy one of the resort pools, splash pads, or hot tub? You’re welcome to do so as often as you'd like during your stay for a one-time $50 pool access fee (charged by the resort). Just one fee covers your entire group! Let us know and we’ll get everything arranged! -Stairs- This condo requires stairs and is on the lower level. You’ll go down a small set of stairs off the parking to a landing. The next set of stairs to get to the front door has 18 stairs total. Once inside the unit, it is all on one level. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 1900 sq ft "Stay N Play" condo, including: 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms Spacious private outdoor patio Parking: Your designated parking spot is conveniently labeled "Stay & Play" and is located right next to the building access. Additional vehicles may utilize un-assigned spots on a first-come, first-served basis. Resort Pool Access: Enhance your stay with optional access to the resort's pools, splash pads, hot tub, fitness room and playground. A one-time $50 fee (charged by the resort) covers your entire group for unlimited use during your stay. Please let us know if you'd like to arrange this. Other things to note STAIRS You will need to go down one flight of stairs from the parking lot to get to the ground floor. Once inside, the condo is all on one level. PET POLICY We are happy to let your WHOLE family join your trip! Dogs are allowed, however we want you to be aware of our pet policy that is in place to protect you and all guests at the resort. -There is an additional one-time pet fee of $100 for the 1st dog and $25 for each dog there after with a maximum of 3 dogs. Please note this fee does not cover damages or additional cleaning cost. Issues such as but not limited to: soiling on rugs, chewing up furniture etc. will be the charged to the guest. To avoid such damages, all dogs are required to be kenneled when you are not in the condo with them and they are not allowed on the furniture or beds. -Only dogs or service animals are allowed, no cats, snakes, birds or other animals. - Excessive barking or noise that disturbs neighbors may result in the Indian Point Police Dept. being called and a noise complaint being issued and/or the guest may be asked to vacate with no refund. BOAT TRAILER PARKING Indian Point Marina is a short 3.5 miles down the road. If you bring your boat, your trailer can not be stored on property at the resort. There are rental options for boat and trailer parking nearby.
