On the ground floor, immerse yourself in the sweetness of the 8x3.80 m magnesium salt pool, ideal for swimming in front of the sea. Adjoining an extensive patio where you can relax in the 3 seater spa with sea view and a seating spot. Share convivial moments over a high table for 8 people with an electric plancha. The interior will seduce you from the entrance with two bedrooms of 12 and 15 m². The first bedroom has a view of the garden and the second opens to the pool. They have a bathroom with double vanity furniture, a large shower cubicle and an independent hanging toilet. Go upstairs and marvel at a large open sea view space of 50 sqm bathed in light with large glass and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. In this space, you will enjoy a living room with a large screen TV, a dining room and an American kitchen equipped with an American fridge (ice cubes and crushed ice). You take in the panoramic sea view from the terrace directly accessible from the living room and kitchen which has an XL table for 8 people for alfresco meals. The upper staircase, designed by an architect, reserves two bedrooms of 10 and 15 m² with a private terrace and balcony respectively and spectacular views of the cliffs of Leucate to Spain. Both bedrooms benefit from a bathroom with an XXL shower, a double vanity furniture and a hanging toilet. For an even more pleasant stay, to ensure optimal comfort, the villa is air-conditioned on 2 levels. Guest access Guests can arrive at the villa by elevator or staircase from the parking lot for 4 vehicles. They have access to the entire villa as well as the pool and patio equipped with a 4-seater hot tub. The adjoining garden is not accessible. Other things to note Noisy bachelor/hen parties are prohibited due to the proximity of the neighborhood, who also want to enjoy their summer in a peaceful way. The invitation for one night or more of people not present on the supplementary booking contract that follows this connection through the site is prohibited. Inviting a friend for the day, a meal, or a swim is allowed as long as there is no overnight stay. The welcome is personalized and takes place over a drink in a relaxed and friendly way.
