Keurig Coffemaker. Blender & Ninja-Smoothie Maker. 75 Page Area Restaurant/Local Activity Notebook. Magazines, Coupons, Games & Puzzles for all Ages. Amazing Outdoor Patio Furniture with Dining Set. The Beach is just a 5-minute walk across the Parking Lot with Pedestrian Signal for crossing! Pier Park with over 150 stores is less than 3 miles! Dolly Pardon Dinner Theatre and Top Golf a few miles away! The major Baseball, Softball and Soccer Parks are in close proximity! As the Owner, and Airbnb Superhost, I will do my very best to help you have an amazing PCB visit and consider Booking again and again! Guest access Guest Booking the Condo must be 21 years of age! No exceptions! All guests must be listed on the Airbnb booking with first and last names. No exceptions! Guests are greeted by David Gibson, owner/host, and smart lock door code provided upon guest arrival. All approved guests must be present at check-in unless prior approval is granted. In some cases, the door code may be provided over the phone at guest arrival if David is out of pocket. GPS readings can be a little quirky around condominiums. Please provide email and you will receive directions and an area restaurant and activities guide. There is a QR Code on the Office Complex door for obtaining a parking permit ($25 for entire stay). A Parking Pass will only be granted if the person is 21 years of age. NO smoking or vaping inside or outside of the Condo. No Pets of any kind. Other things to note Remember to provide your email address to receive directions as GPS readings within a block or two can be misleading. A QR Code in posted on the Complex Office Door to obtain a parking pass ($25 for entire stay). We have posted simple check-in and check-out house rules on the hallway wall. The booking guest must be 21 years of age. NO EXCEPTIONS! No smoking, vaping or pets of any kind inside or outside of the Condo. Registration Details 65330
