The space Its a beautifully designed 4 bedroom villa located on the edge of the ganges where your bedrooms gets a majestic view of Ganga river and each bedroom has modern attached washrooms. On the ground floor there is grand living room with 55inch TV. There is one more living area cum dinning area in the back with the view of holy Ganga river, lush green mountains which come under Rajaji national park and backyard swimming pool . In the backyard you will get swimming pool as well as outdoor sitting where you can enjoy the nature with your morning/evening tea. As the property is located in the outer rishikesh we recommend guest to have a some kind of conveyance as this area is located on the river front . Triveni ghat- 7km Ram jhula - 9km Laxman jhula - 14km Tapovan- 12km Betaal ashram - 10km Parmarth ashram- 13km Guest access pool will be accessible from 08:00AM to 8:00PM we strictly follow pool timing as pool automatically injected with pool cleaning chemicals which my cause skin irritation. Other things to note While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later. There are few things to notice such as: - Guests need to provide govt IDs while checking-in. In case of foreign nationals, they need to provide copy of visa and passport. - Kindly note, the TVs are not equipped with a set-up box. - In case of a power outage, a inverter can support lights, fans and mobile phone charging for up to 5 hours. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. - CCTV - parking area and backyard, swimming pool area is protected by CCTV camera for the safety of our guests. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. #Kindly turn off the electrical equipments when not in use it can cause fire hazard . #KIDS UNDER 12 YEARS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF AN ADULT. #GOING TO THE RIVER FRONT FROM THE PROPERTY IS NOT RECOMMENDED as the river can be deep in some places and wild animal come to drink the water. No parties or events allowed. Pets allowed but need to be informed prior . Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. No unregistered guests allowed it will cost 1000/- per guest. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms. Smoking is not allowed inside the house if found 500rs will be chargeable. Please respect the noise curfew and respect the neighbourhood. Please turn off the AC when you go out. no illegal activities will be allowed police will be called.
