Please be aware that the main house may be rented separately during your stay in the casita. As the casita shares a wall with the main house, occasional noise from the main house and garage may be heard. A dedicated parking spot awaits you on the left side of the driveway, providing easy access directly to your accommodation. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 1 car. • Trash is taken every Monday morning. • Our HOA is responsible for maintaining the front of our yard, if staying mid week- they could be working on the front garden but will not bother you throughout your stay. ☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
