Please note that parking is limited to a maximum of one car. -Trash collection takes place every Monday morning. -The HOA is responsible for maintaining the front yard landscaping. If you’re staying midweek, landscaping services may be performed in the front garden but will not disturb your stay. Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog (up to 60 lbs) for a $100 pet fee per stay, which helps cover additional cleaning. Any waste beyond normal shedding (including urine or feces) will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs may not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors.
