Enjoy a stylish stay in this ground-floor condo with a queen bed, full kitchen, WiFi, and city views. Guests have access to a shared rooftop terrace, BBQ, and spa (use at your own risk!). The space Conveniently located near Parc Bellerive, essential services, hospitals, and just 5 minutes from the Honoré-Beaugrand metro and 15 minutes to downtown Montreal. Express buses are just steps away. Parking is available in designated spot #3 or on the street (check city signs). Note: There is an extra 15 dollars per night per animal for the entire stay. Note: ENGLISH – Wi-Fi Internet and Television Access to wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) and television is provided free of charge as a courtesy to tenants. However, the landlord cannot be held responsible for any service interruptions, outages, reduced speed, or maintenance periods carried out by the service provider. These matters are entirely beyond our control. No compensation or rent reduction will be granted in the event of service failure or dissatisfaction with the quality of service. Please also note that network performance may be affected by the number of users connected simultaneously and their use of available bandwidth. To cover the extra cleaning required after pet stays, a $100 pet cleaning fee applies. This fee is due on or before check-in. Guest access The entire condo plus its balcony attached to the unit. Moreover, they have access to a terrace on top of 8510-8520 Ontario located 150 meters from the unit. The terrace is accessible using the staircase at the back of the building. There is also a BBQ and a spa located between the two buildings on Mercier Street. Use the staircase at the end of the parking spot, and the bbq is on the first balcony. The hot tub is up the ladder, be careful it is steep and we are not responsible for accidents. The hot tub is located 24 feet from the ground and accessible from the outside via the staircase located at the back of the parking lot between the two buildings located at 597 Mercier. Must climb stairs and a steep ladder. Access and use is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur at any time and/or under any conditions. You also have access to the terrace located on the neighboring building that is attached to 597 Mercier. No smoking is allowed near the hot tub, in the hot tub or on the terrace and or in the accommodation otherwise there will be an additional fee of $500.
