The space Conveniently located near Parc Bellerive, essential services, hospitals, and just 5 minutes from the Honoré-Beaugrand metro and 15 minutes to downtown Montreal. Express buses are just steps away. Parking is available in designated spot #3 or on the street (check city signs). Note: There is an extra 10 dollars per night per animal for the entire stay. However, the landlord cannot be held responsible for any service interruptions, outages, reduced speed, or maintenance periods carried out by the service provider. Guest access The entire condo plus its balcony attached to the unit Moreover they have access to a terrace on top of 8510-8520 Ontario located at 150 meters from the unit. The terrace is accessible using the staircase at the back of the building There is also a bbq and a spa located in between the two buildings on Mercier street. Use the staircase at the end of the parking spot and the bbq is on the first balcony. The spa is up the ladder be careful it is steep and we are not responsible for accidents. The spa which is located 24 feet off the ground and accessible from the outside via the staircase located in the back of the parking lot between the two buildings located at 597 Mercier. You have to climb stairs and a steep ladder. Access and use is at your own risk and we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur. You also have access to the terrace located on the neighboring building which is attached to 597 Mercier. It is forbidden to smoke near the spa, in the spa or on the terrace and or in the accommodation otherwise there will be an additional fee of 500 dollars.
