Experience our BOHO Vista House, featuring 2 BR/ 1 BA. The house boast a spacious turfed backyard, jacuzzi and treehouse. The house features a mini split A/C for summer comfort and central heating for the cooler winter months. Close to beaches and attractions, Vista offers a serene climate without consistent cloud coverage typical of coastal areas. Nearby attractions: San Diego Airport: 33 MI Beaches: 10 MI Legoland: 8.5 MI SeaWorld: 31 MI San Diego Zoo: 33 MI Disneyland: 58 MI The space **The house has a Mother-in-Law Suite attached to the main portion of the house. The property managers live in the Mother-in-Law Suite and keep to themselves. Guests have access to the main house and the backyard exclusively. Additionally, they can also utilize the treehouse in the front yard.** The house will include bath, spa, and beach towels. Bedroom 1 consists of (2) Twins and a Queen Mattress Bunk Style. Bedroom 2 consists of (1) Queen. The bathroom includes makeup remover, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The dining table seats up to 6. The living room has a 65-inch Smart TV. Each Bedroom has Smart TV The kitchen includes cooking and eating utensils, plates, cups, coffee cups, cleaning supplies, refrigerator, filtered water, ice maker, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The laundry room includes detergents and dryer sheets. Live plants are scattered throughout the house and in the sunroom. They do not need water while you are here as they are taken care of by the property managers. The patio includes seating, games, and a spa. The patio is lit up during night time hours until quiet hours at 11 PM. Guest access Guest have access to everything except Back Mother-in-Law-Suite and Garage. Other things to note -This house is not a party house. If you are trying to have a party please look elsewhere. If you have a party, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. -Smoking is only allowed OUTSIDE Front and Backyard. -One FULL Propane tank will be provided per stay. If you need another please reach out to the Property Managers, and they can provide another tank for an additional $30. -This house is dog friendly, try and refrain the dog of using the bathroom on the turf, and give it regular walks outside to prevent. -There is an additional dog that lives on the property, she can occasionally be seen out in the front. -You can find amazing hiking and biking trails a short walk down friendly drive.
