The cowboy pool is filtered daily and typically stays around 72°F during summer months. Please note the pool is not heated. The only excluded area is the garage, which is not accessible to guests. Other things to note This is a peaceful, family-friendly home and is not intended for parties or large events. Unauthorized parties, excessive noise, or disturbances may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM in accordance with neighborhood guidelines. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved beforehand. Smoking is permitted outdoors only in the front or backyard areas. No smoking inside the home. One full propane tank is provided per stay for guest use. We are dog friendly! We kindly ask guests to help protect the turf by taking dogs on regular walks and minimizing bathroom use on the artificial grass and decomposed granite when possible. We understand accidents do happen if so, please clean up after your pet. The cowboy plunge pool, spa, and treehouse are used at guests’ own risk. Children should always be supervised while using outdoor amenities. Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces except for the garage, which is reserved for owner/storage use. We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. Guests can easily reach us through the Airbnb app or via text during their stay. Guests can enjoy beautiful nearby hiking and biking trails just a short walk down Friendly Drive.
