Villa Brunn

This old manor house from 1899 is located in the small village of Brunn near Wusterhausen/Dosse between Neuruppin and Kyritz. From 2017 to 2024, we completely renovated the house in painstaking, loving work. The old brick house has 12 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 32 adults. The large garden offers space for many leisure activities, barbecues or simply relaxing. The space The old brick house with a lot of half-timbering in the interior has 12 bedrooms, 8 of which are rooms with basically only one double bed. The other 4 rooms each have two double beds. In total, Villa Brunn can accommodate 32 adult guests. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room with a large cooking island, long table, XXL sofa and fireplace. Here everyone can cook together and enjoy the evenings together. Opposite is a large multifunctional room. Here there is a table tennis table as standard, but if desired, it can be pushed aside so that, for example, relaxed yoga sessions can be practiced here or strategy meetings and workshops can take place. Furthermore, the first floor has a large atrium, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet, shower/tub, a small toilet, as well as a small extra kitchen unit. Upstairs are the remaining 8 bedrooms, as well as a second large lounge with a foosball table and space for hammocks. There are also two smaller living rooms/units and two bathrooms, as well as a small kitchen unit. The large balcony is connected to one of the living rooms. The large garden offers space for many leisure activities, barbecuing or simply relaxing. A pond with a semi-cantilevered platform invites you to enjoy the sun while refreshing your legs in the water A second larger platform in the garden offers space for a long table to have breakfast together or to sit together in the evening. If you like, you can use the fire pit at a later hour to make the evening together even more cozy. Directly in front of the large living room on the first floor there is also a slightly elevated terrace, which is accessible directly from the house as well as from the garden. A large grill and some leisure equipment are available. As this is an old manor house, the house is heated in the colder months via pellet and tiled stoves as well as the central fireplace in the living room. This should be carefully reheated by the residents during the stay. The surroundings are a very quiet area. Lake Bantikow is a 5-minute drive away. There are beautiful swimming spots and a beach volleyball court. In the lake is the Island of Love, which you can swim to. :-) If you prefer to walk, you can reach the Dosse River in about ten minutes. Here you can take beautiful canoe tours through small streams or lakes. Unfortunately, we are unable to host weddings or similar events, as these are too loud for our neighbors. We ask for leniency, as we want to maintain our good neighborliness. We hope that the place will bring you as many beautiful moments as we have already experienced here.
