Welcome to our 130 m² duplex apartment in the heart of Munich! Our cozy and spacious apartment is located directly in Munich's old town – it's hard to get more central. From the windows you even have a beautiful view of the Old Peter. The location is unbeatable: • Right on Viktualienmarkt • Only 200 meters from Marienplatz • Subway and S-Bahn connection at Marienplatz – perfect for getting to all parts of Munich or the airport quickly and easily The space About the apartment: The 130 m² duplex apartment is located on the top floor of the house. An elevator is available. The apartment is spread over two levels and offers plenty of space and a special living feeling. On the lower level there is the open living and dining area, the kitchen and one of the three bedrooms. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper level with two more bedrooms, a small bathroom and a work area. A special highlight is our large panoramic window, from which you can enjoy an enchanting view over the roofs of Munich's old town. Of course, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need in everyday life – perfect for short and long stays. Amenities & Comfort: Fast Wi-Fi, TV and fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, stove and oven are available. Fresh linens, towels and basic household utensils are of course provided, so you can arrive directly and feel comfortable. Shopping, restaurants and cafes are right outside the door – the old town practically starts in the stairwell. Mobility & travel: You don't need a car in downtown Munich. The nearest parking garage is about 100 meters away and costs about 5 euros per hour (daily maximum rate about 30 euros). Uber, taxi, car sharing, bike and scooter sharing are available everywhere. Public transport such as buses, trams, metro and suburban trains are all within walking distance. From the airport, the fastest way to reach Marienplatz is by S-Bahn lines S1 or S8 in about 30-40 minutes.
