The space Located in the center of Ubatuba, Itagua is the best located neighborhood in the city and the downtown is also the most charming. It is close to great bars, restaurants, cafes and beaches. The studio was specially set up for you to be very comfortable and have excellent rest days. Spacious studio with bed and bath linens (you are entitled to one set of bed and bath linens per stay), if you need extra towels or linens, you will have to bring them. We also do not provide beach and pool towels (please bring your own). Ideal for couples, comfortably accommodating 4 people, including a baby. Perfect for resting. We would like you to take care of everything as if it were your home. People who are not guests are not allowed inside. Your pet is welcome, following the condominium rules (they cannot circulate in the common areas, only from the car to the apartment) and payment of an extra fee of R$ 180.00 for the stay of 1 pet. It is expressly forbidden to bring a pet without prior consultation with the host, under penalty of not entering the condominium. From the pool you have a sea view. Safe but strict condominium with noise after 10:00 pm, use of the swimming pool and parking space, subject to a fine in case of non-compliance. Apt for the family.
