Our apartment is an ideal semi-basement in El Ancla, located in Marbella, 4 km from Puerto Banus. The development is on the beach. It has a pool overlooking the ocean and a sun lounger area. It is a studio with a living area, rest area and equipped kitchen. It also includes a flat-screen TV. It is 10 km from Marbella bus station and Plaza de los Naranjos and 50 km from Malaga airport. It has a double bed and a sofa bed with a maximum capacity for 3 people The space SEMI-SUITE STUDIO IN NICE VIEW THE URBANIZATION: In Calle La Gitanilla, Residencial Beach Club Royal Suite, San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella. It is a very quiet and safe urbanization that is located on the same beach: the pool is front to the sea and with direct access to the sand. There are currently minor construction projects underway at other homes on the development, with an estimated completion date of June 2026. This condition has been considered to determine the rental price, so that the current price is adjusted to the situation. Do you remember “Melrose Place”, the '90s series? Well the urbanization reminds us a little of that, but it is in the same sand on the beach. Relax on the beachfront pool loungers. Some guest are lucky and see the dolphins swimming and jumping in the sea! Savor the sea breeze from the pool. It has access stairs. THE HOUSE Studio of about 50m². It has a single space with open kitchen, sofa (bed), dining area, double bed. And a bathroom with a shower. It has: Equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave with grill, washing machine and extractor hood). Sheets and towels There will be some cleaning consumables, some kitchen and bathroom consumables for arrival, (but not all those seen in the photos are guaranteed, nor are provided for the entire stay, the replacement is at the expense of the client). Other things to note We appreciate you informing us of your arrival with a pet. Pets are always welcome in our homes. Upon check-out, if pets have stayed, we need to do an extraordinary cleaning of hair in the house as these are requirements of the rental portals, because there are people allergic to hair and we must preserve the cleanliness upon check-in For this reason, if you stay with pets, this entails a one-time extra supplement of €50 to be paid upon arrival, although if you only come with one pet, and you inform us in advance, the cost will be only 30 euros upon arrival in cash or by card.
