This 1 bedroom combines Saigon's signature modernist style with all the amenities: -Big living room 50" TV, spacious L-shaped sofa and coffee table -Separate bedroom with hotel-style queen bed -Spacious bathroom with rain shower -Large working desk with 2 chairs -Full kitchen We're in the city center, only 7 min away from the Independence Palace & Saigon's Notre Dame Cathedral. The space Inspired by an iconic Vietnamese composer, our apartment will be your refuge from the hectic streets of Saigon. This is a place you'll want to return to after a long day exploring the city. We've crafted the space with attention to every detail. The warm interior and curated artwork calls back to Saigon's modernist architecture. The high ceilings and ample windows allow plenty of natural light to filter into the space. This spacious unit features a private living room with sofa and coffee table. The bedroom faces a quiet alley to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay. Please note our unit is on the fourth floor. Access is via stairs (we don't have an elevator). If you need assistance with luggage, we are happy to help. We are directly across from the VOH Music One Opera House. You will find many cafes, restaurants, and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Van Thu and Phan Ke Binh. If this unit is not available for your dates, we have 7 other smaller units at this location. Please contact us directly and we can help you book a stay. Guest access Guests will have the entire unit to themselves, including bathroom, living room, kitchen and coffee bar. Other things to note - As required by Vietnamese law, all guests must provide travel documentation prior to checkin, including passport/visa/entry stamp for foreigners and CCCD for Vietnamese. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for assistance. - This unit is on the 4th floor accessible by stairs and is one of 8 units in the building. - The building is open 24 hours a day. Guest will need to walk through the hair salon on the mezzanine floor to reach the room. - There is no elevator. If you need assistance with luggage, please inform our hosts. - Please contact us before booking if you plan to conduct any commercial activities at our unit, including photoshoots or filming. + An additional fee will apply and we will inform you the amount when we understand the nature of the activity. + Fees start from 3,000,000 VND and will go up depending on the crew size, duration and the nature of the activity.
