The open-concept living and dining area connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a small pantry for added convenience. Second Floor: The second floor features the luxurious primary king bedroom with stunning water views and an ensuite bathroom. A small workspace on the upper landing provides a dedicated spot for remote work or planning your day. The versatile bunk room sleeps 4 (with 2 bunk beds) and doubles as an additional living space with a couch and TV. It's stocked with games and puzzles for kids and adults, as well as toys and books for younger children. The bunk mattresses are designed with comfort in mind, making them ideal for adults as well as children. This level also includes a second full bathroom and access to the rooftop deck and hot tub, where you can unwind while soaking in the incredible views. Exterior: Guests can enjoy both upper and lower decks, including a covered area perfect for relaxing rain or shine. Guest access Guests will have complete use of the house and property. Our family owns the adjacent property, a mirror image of Broadside, with separate outdoor space. The properties are separately managed however, the two properties can be booked together (if available) to accommodate large groups, offering a combined capacity of 20 guests across both rentals (link below). Location: Broadside is just 1.5 hours from Halifax Regional Municipality, making it an ideal getaway destination.
