Perched at 8,537 feet, this home offers peace and serenity from the surrounding mountains and forests, with vibrant autumn aspens and snow-dusted pines in winter. Main Floor: Enter through the mudroom, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Step into the modern kitchen featuring updated appliances, a honeycomb backsplash, and everything needed to prepare meals. The dining area connects seamlessly to the living room, where a wood stove adds warmth and charm. A comfortable living room featuring a big-screen TV makes it perfect for relaxing evenings. Step through the back door leading to the fenced in back patio, ideal for outdoor dining or grilling, while a covered front porch provides additional seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the main floor. The first bedroom is a private room with a Queen size bed and a small TV for some quiet, private time. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and in between the 2 bedrooms is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upper Floor: Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, including options for various sleeping arrangements. As you come to the top of the stairs, on the left is a bedroom with 3 full-size beds and on the right is the primary bedroom with a Queen size bed and a full-size bed. There is an ensuite bathroom connected to the primary bedroom with a large soaking tub and large, walk-in shower.
