Guest access We will provide a code to the door a few days prior to your arrival. Note the renters agreement must be completed prior to the access code being provided. If you have not completed the renters agreement prior to the day of arrival you must check in prior to 8 p.m. and only after completing it. We recommend completing it upon booking so that you can check in any time after 4 p.m. that is convenient for you. Other things to note We provide the following amenities free of charge for our guests: beach passes, charcoal, two gas grills in common, firewood for the fire pits, coffee starter packs, linens, paper goods, kayaks, bicycles, board games, basic spices, and basic toiletries. Our common areas have all you need to relax or enjoy your family and friends. We have hammocks, two fire pits, tetherball, games (like cornhole), Adirondack chairs, flower gardens, and picnic tables for the guests to enjoy.
