A bright room with A/C close to everything

Imagine returning to this bright and comfortable AC room, after a hot day exploring Guayaquil's main attractions. And, whenever you are ready, you'll be within walking distance of restaurants, shopping malls, cinemas, parks, and more. Tourists and business travelers love our home. But, if you only attend a sporting event at the Coliseo, a concert at the Estadio Modelo, or if you need to visit the Clinica Kennedy, you will also love our location, only 5 km from the airport. The space —We offer a 10% discount for stays of at least 3 days, 14% discount for stays of at least 7 days, and 30% discount for stays of at least 30 days— This room, on the ground floor, has direct access to "el patio," a social area in the back of the house that includes a bar and jacuzzi. The access to "el patio" is through a large sliding glass door, so you can get plenty of natural light inside the room during the day. But be aware that other guests might also use the social area. There is potential for noise and you might like to keep the curtains closed. The room includes a double bed, AC, ceiling fan, cable TV, closet, and a small private bathroom secretly hidden behind the closet. Really cool, eh? We have a portable table at your disposal, in case you would like to work on your computer from the comfort of your own room, but please know that you can use any space in the house to do your work, including the large dining table. The interior of the house is cozy and beautiful. It has been completely renovated by my mom, Rossy. She will be your host. There are three other rooms on the ground floor, where your host and other Airbnb guests stay. On the first and second floors above, constructed in 2010 by my mom, we have different-size independent apartments also listed on Airbnb. Guest access The room and bathroom are for your personal use only, but you'll be sharing all our common areas with other Airbnb guests, and with your host. During your stay, you will have access to: • Our gorgeous living room and dining room • Our fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your breakfast or small meals. • And "El Patio." This is a beautiful common open area in the back of the house where you'll find the jacuzzi and a bar. Our guests love the jacuzzi. But please, make sure you read our house rules in advance. During your stay Your host will be Rossy, my mom, an authentic Latin American woman. She is very social and dynamic, and a natural-born host. She loves to receive guests from all over the world and make them feel welcome. She is the mastermind behind the renovation and expansion of the house. Not only that but she was chosen the President of the Neighborhood Council. Within that role, she has moved heaven and earth to implement different security measures in the neighborhood. I don't live in Ecuador so you won't meet me in person, but I'm always accessible via Airbnb messages. I have a more backstage role managing the Airbnb platform, answering your questions, and creating these listings with all the descriptions that you are reading. Other things to note ☞ Our home is located only 5 km. from the airport. It's very convenient but this also means flights can pass right above the house. Not too often though, and normally not late at night. ☞ We are in a residential area where all the houses are very close to each other. Neighbors, their pets, and even our other guests may make noise. If you need a perfectly quiet place, our house may not suit you. ☞ For big cars (pickup trucks, SUVs, vans) there is a private garage 1 ½ blocks from our house for about 5$ for the night. For small cars (sedans, coupes), there is a private garage opposite our house for 3$ per day. ☞ For small vehicles, we could have space in our parking lot, which becomes a garage between 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. But it is subject to availability. We definitely don't have space for big cars. ☞ We offer washing and machine drying service, whose cost is $3 for washing and $3 for drying. ☞ The rainy season (winter season), is between January and April. If it rains heavily the streets in our neighborhood can get a bit flooded. ☞ For the comfort of all our guests and our neighbors, we don’t accept parties, events, live courses, or photo shootings. Thanks for your understanding. ☞ For security reasons, we do not answer phone calls from numbers not registered on Airbnb. We kindly ask you to keep your account up to date, which should reflect your real name. ☞ If the person who made the reservation will not be arriving along with the other guest(s), please send us their names, IDs, and phone numbers in advance. They will need to confirm the reservation code and the name of the person who made the booking, before their check-in.
